Standard Delivery

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery (this excludes Bank Holidays), orders received after 12pm will not be seen until the next morning.

We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.

We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address. 

Garden furniture can require up to 14 working days for delivery, once your order is placed you will be contacted to discuss delivery. 

 Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and British Isles do require an additional 2 - 5 working day lead time.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

Pallet Delivery

Orders which weigh over 120kg or exceed size restrictions will need to go on a pallet. Pallet delivery is £35 per pallet. 

We advise allowing 7 - 10 working days for delivery of your pallet. We cannot offer next day pallet delivery. 

Unless requested, we do not offer forklift services, please state your requirements at checkout. 

We do not offer a pallet service for Ireland or the Highlands. (Peth,Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Kirkwell, Hebrides & scottish islands are excluded)

Restricted access/ Refused Orders

Any refused or returned deliveries will return back to ourselves where a refund will be issued, however this will exclude any delivery charges.

Returns & Replacements

Cancellation & Returns Policy:

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery by emailing online@wynnstay.co.uk or phoning 08707 524 222 (8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri).

To cancel an order placed through our Wynnstay Agriculture site please email quotes@wynnstay.co.uk.

If phoning to cancel an order you must also confirm cancellation of the order in writing via email, fax or letter.

The following order details must be supplied:

- Contact details (name, address, email address, contact number)
- Order reference
- Transaction reference
- The date that you placed the order

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item you can return it to us  within 28 days of the date you received the item.Please ensure the goods are in the best possible condition when returned therefore please take reasonable care when returning items to us.

Upon receipt of the goods any refunds will be reimbursed within 30 days. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you

Returns Policy for faulty goods:

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for you records; they remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please pack the delivery note with the goods to be returned.

Please note: A refund of the return delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. When returning goods please state the reason for return on the delivery note and whether a refund or replacement is requested. Please pack the delivery note with the item to be returned.
