How do I place an order?

To place an order with Wynnstay you will need to:

1) Find the products you wish to purchase, either via the product ranges or search function.
2) Add the product to the shopping basket.
3) Once all products you require have been added to the shopping basket proceed to the checkout to enter your information and process the order.

Order Processing:

What order processing service do you offer?

You can place an order with Wynnstay Online via the Worldpay Payment gateway or with a Wynnstay Account via the EROL Secure Server utilising the checkout page. Wynnstay Online do not accept orders via the phone.

How are orders processed?

All orders go though the following process:

1) Received - once your order is received by Wynnstay Online, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. If no email address is supplied Wynnstay Online will contact you via phone. Wynnstay Online will then check the details of your order against stock (if your items are not in stock Wynnstay Online will notify you of this via email or phone).
2) Processed - stock permitting Wynnstay Online will then send you email confirmation that your order is being processed, payment for goods will then be processed (in the event of an issue with payment Wynnstay Online will inform you via email or phone).
3) Dispatched - once payment has been processed your order will be dispatched.

How do I cancel an order?

You will need to inform Wynnstay Online in writing via letter, fax or email that you wish to cancel an order. You will need to include your:

- Contact details ( name, address, email address, contact number)
- Order reference
- Transaction reference
- The date that you placed the order

What happens if I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

If your items are not in stock Wynnstay Online will notify you of this via email or phone.

How long does it take to process an order?


- It takes up to 48 hours to process an order once payment is received. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Wynnstay Online accept the following methods of payment :

- On-line payment with a credit/debit card via the Worldpay Payment Gateway or with a Wynnstay Account via the EROL Secure Server.

I have an account with Wynnstay, can I book an item to my account?

Any Wynnstay account holder with an Open account can order online store items, the order details will be booked to your Wynnstay Account.

To book an item online to your account you must provide full account details, if you do not provide the correct account details we will not process the order and will contact you via email or phone to supply all details. If the correct / full details are still not supplied we will not process the order.

Account details required: account number, account name or trading name, full account address inc. postcode and account contact number.

Wynnstay Online do not open new accounts for online customers, this payment option is only available to existing Wynnstay account holders.

Returns:

Can I return unwanted products?

You May return or exchange a product within 28 days of the date of delivery. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).

Postage & Packaging:

What postage methods do you offer?

We use two methods of postage Royal Mail and DHL courier service. Orders with a total weight of 10kg or less will be forwarded via Royal Mail, items 10kg plus will be forwarded via DHL. Delivery charges are displayed as shipment charge in basket contents when you add items to the shopping basket. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
