Terms & Conditions of Sales Policy:
By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of Wynnstay Group Plc you are entering into a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.
Prices
:
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. All prices may vary.
Whilst Wynnstay Group Plc will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.
Availability
:
All goods and services are subject to availability. If for any reason an item is out of stock, then we will only ship the available goods. We do not operate a back order system, therefore the balance of your order will automatically be cancelled. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.
Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.
No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.
Ordering
:
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click the 'Send Order ' button on the Checkout screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Wynnstay Group Plc of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Wynnstay Group Plc, will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Payment
:
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Your card details are passed to WorldPay Payment Interface for processing.
Delivery
:
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
Right to Cancel
:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. Cancellations may only be made prior to despatch of the goods. To cancel your order, email us at salesonline@wynnstayplc.co.uk or telephone us on 08707 524 222.
Cancellation & Returns Policy:
Cancelling an order prior to despatch:
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email to support@wynnstay.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you. If the goods have already been despatched the cost of delivery shall be borne by you.
Cancelling an order after delivery:
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery by emailing support@wynnstay.co.uk or phoning 08707 524 222 (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri).
If phoning to cancel an order you must also confirm cancellation of the order in writing via email, fax or letter.
The following order details must be supplied:
- Contact details (name, address, email address, contact number)
- Order reference
- Transaction reference
- The date that you placed the order
Goods must be returned unused, as new, in saleable condition and with the original packaging. We cannot accept returned goods which do not meet these requirements.
Upon receipt of the goods any refunds will be reimbursed within 30 days. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you
Returns Policy for faulty goods:
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.
Method of Returning Goods:
For goods that are delivered to you via Royal Mail service please return goods to the address specified on your delivery note. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for you records. Please pack the delivery note with the goods to be returned.
For goods delivered to you via DHL please contact Sales Support on 08707 524 222 to arrange for a collection.
Please note: A refund of the initial and return delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Packaging - please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.
When returning goods please state the reason for return on the delivery note and whether a refund or replacement is requested. Please pack the delivery note with the item to be returned.
Limit of Liability:
Wynnstay Group Plc's liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Wynnstay Group Plc or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased together with any delivery charges paid.
Damaged or Defective Goods
:
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us within 48 hours stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods.
Confidentiality:
Whilst all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details and personal information, Wynnstay Group Plc cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by a third parties.
Law & Jurisdiction:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Wynnstay Group Plc is a company registered in England and Wales under number 2704051 whose registered office is Eagle House, Llansantffraid Ym Mechain, Powys, SY22 6AQ. VAT registration number 159 1866 30
